Context:

• To help client make their REIT’s Investment decision by mean of various fundamental research, analysis and surveillance work

Approach:

• Help client collect and analyze the various information required to make investment decision in REIT’s stocks and bonds from various Data Bases. Mainly we use - Moody’s Economic to Pull Various Macro Economic Data and SNL Data to Extract Property Level Data
• Perform Loan level Valuation, NAV, CAD, FFO, Earnings estimates, maturing liabilities, risk analysis for REIT’s
• Do daily and weekly surveillance for already invested or likely to be invest REIT stocks

Result:

• Able to identify the underperformer and outperformer
• Increased number of REIT’s been tracked on regular basis and help client in efficient decision making
